Looks like some process eat all your memory. This could be due to

(1) incorrectly configured UBC parameters (use vzmemcheck to find out)
(2) some processes running on the Node itself (do not do that, leave the bare minimum such as sshd syslogd etc. say if you want to run web server on the node -- create a separate VPS for it)
