Hi friends, this is my first post, I hope that you can really help me!
In a virtual machine have Centos 4.3, and desire install Zaptel (for Asterisk), but ai is my problem, when trying to compile (make) gives this error:
"Make [2]: Leaving directory` / root/zaptel-1.4.7.1/menuselect '
/ Bin / sh: cmp: command not found
You do not appear to have the sources for the 2.6.18 kernel-53.el5.028stab051.1 installed.
Make [1]: *** [modules] Error 1
Make [1]: Leaving directory `/ root/zaptel-1.4.7.1 '
Make: *** [all] Error 2 "
As I understand it, he is using a Kernel module (cmp) and the same is not granted access. Consider:
"[Root @ server6 zaptel-1.4.7.1] # cmp
- Bash: cmp: command not found "
In my real machine:
"[Root @ centos5234242 ~] # cmp
Cmp: operand missing after `cmp '
Cmp: Try `cmp - help 'for more information."
It works!
"[Root @ centos5234242 ~] # cmp --help
Usage: cmp [OPTION] ... FILE1 [FILE2 [SKIP1 [SKIP2]]]
Compare two files byte by byte .........."
But a detail, I have the kernel of devel openvz:
"[Root @ centos5234242 ~] # rpm-qa | grep ovz
Ovzkernel-2.6.18-53.el5.028stab051.1
Ovzkernel-2.6.18-53.el5.028stab051.1
Ovzkernel-devel-2.6.18-53.el5.028stab051.1
Ovzkernel-devel-2.6.18-53.el5.028stab051.1 "
I am depending necessary to put the Asterisk to work ... Now I thank all the help.
