Which OS template do you use for VE 101?

Have you checked /proc/user_beancounters for this VE? Probably some UBC parameters hit their limits -- if this is the case, increase them accordingly.

PS please do not use russian here as this is international support forum, so other people can read what we say and benefit from it.
