Hi,
I know that it is linguistic problem but it is so difficult for me to read messages without any punctuation mark. So I don't sure again that I understand your clearly but:
if you use bash: to set PATH variable automatically you can add appropriate directories to PATH variable in .bash_profile file which is in your home directory. Please look at this page

P.S. If you add any message in third language I have to support it and have to put my messages translated in three languages. But keep in mind that in that case I too will have to translate my messages by automatically translator.

Я понимаю, что это лингвистическая проблема, но мне очень тяжело читать сообщения, в которых нет ни одного знака препинания, поэтому я опять не уверен, что понял вас правильно, но:
если вы используете командный интерпретатор bash, то чтобы добавление директорий к PATH происходило автоматически, вы можете добавить соответсвтующие директории к переменной PATH в файле .bash_profile, который расположен в вашем домашнем каталоге, пожалуйста, взгляните на страничку

P.S. Если вы задействуете еще один язык, то мне придется его также поддерживать, но учтите, что в таком случае я с необходимостью задействую компьютерный переводчик
