To fix this problem You should:
- start to investigate causes of the problem,
- bang Your head against a brick wall,
- then think about possible work arounds,
- and finally found some nice solution.

Or provide some more details about the problem and allow us to help You in the investigations.

without details I can advise you to re-check VE's ONBOOT setting and trace vz scripts that should handle this settings.
