Should not.
vzyum was designed to provide the ability to install a package to the VE with automatic dependencies resolution _without_ the obligation to install local yum in every VE.
Well, yes, time flies and sometimes native yum installed inside a VE works better than vzyum...
In any case using native yum inside a VE should not cause any problems.
