Поставил CentOS в минимальной конфигурации, LVM не создавал. Поставил ядно OpenVZ, бутнулся, создал LVM, при попытке активации получаю следующую ошибку

# uname -a
Linux linux.local 2.6.8-022stab072.2-smp #1 SMP Mon Mar 20 14:54:26 MSK 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
# vgchange --verbose --available y

№ mkfs.ext3 /dev/mapper/VG00-openvz
mke2fs 1.35 (28-Feb-2004)

Меняю ядро на дефолтное, перезагружаюсь.
# uname -a
Linux linux.local 2.6.9-34.ELsmp #1 SMP Thu Mar 9 06:23:23 GMT 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

# vgchange --verbose --available y

Скажите, что я делаю не так?
