Hi,

ubuntu-7.10:
needed a vzctl version of 3.0.19 (-> http://wiki.openvz.org/Ubuntu_Gutsy_template_creation#vzctl )

archlinux-0.8:
some dev nodes are missing, to solve this:

# cp -a /dev/console /dev/tty /dev/full /dev/initctl \
/dev/null /dev/ptmx /dev/pts /dev/random /dev/urandom /dev/zero \
/<VE_ROOTDIR>/dev

or downloaded the updated archlinux-0.8 template.
