Dear Mr.Ash

Do you want to use ipt_owner module inside VE on 2.6.9 kernels? ipt_owner module is virtualized but vzctl do not allow to use it inside VE and you need to update vzctl package.
You need to add the followng string into iptables array in
src/lib/iptables.c file:

{"ipt_owner", VE_IP_MATCH_OWNER_MOD, VE_IP_MATCH_OWNER},

before {NULL, 0} string.

I expect it should resolve you issue.

I'm not sure that I've understand you correctly. In this case could you please explain your problem with more details?
