Hi All...

I thought this issue was resolved with the last kernel upgrade I did, but 
this morning at about 6:25AM Eastern (I think) one of my OpenVZ machines 
experienced a kernel panic.

The kernel is:

This is Debian Etch AMD64 running on Supermicro hardware.
