Try something like this:

/dev/sda1	/ ext3 defaults	1 1
/dev/sda3 /vz ext3 defaults	1 2
devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620	0 0
tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults	0 0
proc /proc proc defaults	0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs defaults	0 0
none /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc	binfmt_misc	defaults	0 0

Absolutely no guarantee that it is correct. It's based on my own HN /etc/fstab (CentOS 5 x86_64) as well as your /etc/mtab output.
