Looks like i found a proper solution, the bridge driver
always sets the mac of the bridge to the lowest mac number
among the interfaces which are enslaved to him.
So the solution is to make sure that VE macs are bigger that eth0 mac or just change the eth0 mac to the lowest possible like
00:0c:00:00:00:01
