We are going to use OpenVZ in DomU. Now we use OpenVZ on Debian (with
the kernels from download.openvz.org/debian) and ALTLinux.

By the way, why don't you put some info about your Debian kernel repo
on http://openvz.org/download/kernel/ ? As far as I see, it's
maintained by the team. Also, it would be quite useful to have
openvz-on-xen enabled Debian kernels officially supported.
