CensOS 4.4 default template

Download file build-8.2.1-cos4.2-i386.hdr.gz: 11%..20%..31%..44%..53%..62%..71%..82%..94%..100% done.
Download file update-8.2.1-cos4.2-i386.hdr.gz: 12%..20%..32%..40%..53%..61%..73%..81%..93%..100% done.
Resolve components
ERROR: Can't install product package psa
Errors just before:
- Can't find solution for dependency 'psa-php-configurator >= 1.3.0'

ERROR: Installation failed

please help,
