dst MAC is MAC of your host node according to tcpdump you've sent a few minutes ago.
So pkt was dropped correctly.

can you check w/o ucarp please?
We setup vlan+bridge+veth to check, but it works fine on our side.
Or maybe you can give me an access to check?
