From what I remember, it used to be no issue when using TC to limit multiple IP's by running the command more than once.

Now when I run TC, it seems to cancel out the previous command, so whenever I set up a new host to limit the bandwidth on, it seems to cancel out the old host.

I can now only have one host limited to a certain amount of bandwidth on my system.

I found this error: Error: Qdisc "hbt" is classless.

I am using the new stab039 kernel on both CentOS4 and CentOS5 and it does not seem to work on either one.

I am wondering if something was broken in the QoS on this kernel?

Is there another method I am able to use that anyone knows of?
