currently it is not possible. openvz is a single kernel design, and the swapping of memory is not VE specific; ie., the kernel manages swapping of memory without taking into account what VE, if any, the pages associate with. Its not such a bad thing, as a VE with a low memory ceiling which reaches its swap threshold, would severely annialiate the disk i/o of the system due to continual memory swapping. this would result in overall system performance deterioration *even when there is plenty of memory to distribute*.
