Hello,

If you give

# sysctl -w net.ipv4.conf.eth0.proxy_arp=1

and after that start the VE:

# vzctl start 101

you should not see this warning.

numopthersock - this is the number of other (other than tcp) sockets in VE. More information at http://wiki.openvz.org/Numothersock#numothersock
