Thanks,

I did a search, but it looks like source based routing is more guided towards using different gateways for different VE? am I wrong to assume that?

Is the VE supposed to have this routing:

[root@host06 vz]# vzctl exec 100 route -n
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
169.254.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.0.0 U 0 0 0 venet0
[root@host06 vz]#
