Hey ok, i put.

rpm -ivh /filefolder/name.rpm

it says
Warning: /fillname.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, Key ID a7a1ad4b6
error: Failed dependencies:
yum >= 2.2.1 is needed by vzpkg-2.7.0-17

Im running Fedora core 2 i686.
