I was adding SPARC64 support to 2.6.18 kernel.
So you can take 2.6.18-OVZ kernel from site, compile it and install. OVZ tools should compile fine as well.
After that all you need is a template for SPARC64 distro and that's it.

Feel free to ask for any help or assistance.
