Hello,

AFAIU, you're running Debian, so you can just install the lates binary Debian package (e.g. from debian.systs.org). If you still want to compile kernel by yourself, read this article: http://wiki.openvz.org/Kernel_build#Rebuilding_kernel_from_s ources
