Hallo,

sowie es unter dem Punkt "Manual Checkpoint and Restore Functions" beschrieben ist:

1. RSYNC zwischen den HW-Nodes.
2. VZCTL checkpoint auf dem aktiven HW-Node
3. DumpFile auf passiven Node übertragen mittels VZCTL restore zurückspielen.

Habe bis jetzt aber noch keine Erfahrung mit einer manuellen oder live migration von VE.

Aber warum willst du denn dies überhaupt manuell durchfürhren und nicht über die live Migration.
