Hm... I've cloned the git repo this morning but there's not such file...

$ ls fs/afs/netdevices.c
/bin/ls: fs/afs/netdevices.c: No such file or directory

Repo was cloned from
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net-2.6. git
