Not sure what Vasiliy has meant Very Happy

but, OVZ supports tun/tap inside and outside VE.
veth is just a bridge between VE and VE0.
So there should be no problem is your configuration.
Probably, if you expect more detailed answer you have to provide much more details on your configuration.
