Hello,

This is a known issue. For building ovz-kernel rpm, based on RHEL5, we've used RHEL5 spec, which has requirements for RHEL5 tools. So this package installs smoothly on RHEL5/CentOS5, but it fails to install on RHEL4/CentOS4 because of dependencies.

However new dependencies are unnecessary and we'll fix spec file in next OpenVZ kernel. After that you'll be able to install new stable kernel via yum.

At the moment you can download required rpm and install it manually with --nodeps option. Or just wait till next kernel release =)

Thank you,
Vasily.
