is it 100% reproducable on your machine?
can you please also provide vzctl version you use:
# vzctl --version

I've create a bug http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=515
will try to reproduce and analyze.

if you have any other sample/examples of how to trigger this,
please add this info to the bug.
