vzctl: 3.0.14

Kernel was a RPM install.

Last few things from dmesg that I think are relevant are:

VE: 301: stopped
VE: 301: failed to start with err=-11
VE: 301: stopped
VE: 301: failed to start with err=-11
VE: 301: stopped
VE: 301: failed to start with err=-11
