Итак попорядку
f# vzctl set 777 --diskspace 200G:200G --save

Даже и не знаю что еще надо поменять

Вске это на Debian etch 4.0 не помню какой там срез
Внутри ВПСки на Debian sarge 3.1 {r4 и r5} по идеи...
Я пробывал на 2-х системах:
