Die man-page von vz.conf bringt dich der Sache etwas näher Wink

# man 5 vz.conf

[...]
MODULES_DISABLED=yes|no
If the value of this parameter is set to yes,
no attempt to load OpenVZ kernel modules is made in vz initscript.
This is helpful on systems which have OpenVZ-specific stuff
compiled into the kernel (i. e. not as modules).
[...]

# echo "MODULES_DISABLED=\"yes\"" >> /etc/vz.conf

Hast Du auch das Module "af_packet" und relevante Module von iptables miteinkompliert ?
