I am reading it now (after asking my question...)
But still dont understand that priv... thing. At the moment, VPS has 2 Ips and 1 is accessible via ssh and another not.

whats that priv... thing and how can I set the limits for best performance on a P4 3.2Ghz dual core + 4gb ram machine?
