Whats privvmpages ? it is always high for my VPSs (see on top) and its warning. Howto set it up properly?

Have you read the UBC page in the wiki or the openvz manual yet? Please read it first as it explains all of what you are asking. After reading it, I will be happy to answer any specific questions about the UBC metrics.

I am reading it now (after asking my question...)
But still dont understand that priv... thing. At the moment, VPS has 2 Ips and 1 is accessible via ssh and another not.

whats that priv... thing and how can I set the limits for best performance on a P4 3.2Ghz dual core + 4gb ram machine?
