High Loads = HN Crash [message #9137]

Hi,
During the last weeks my primary HN have crashed a few times.

Netconsole Reports = None

Logs = None

Load Average > 300 (Dual Core CPU)

[root@vps1 ~]# vzmemcheck
Output values in %

[root@vps1 ~]# vzcpucheck
Current CPU utilization: 132684
Power of the node: 228284

CPU Limit (50 per VPS)
All config files are checked by verify utillity and are valid.

Since there are no logs i'm unable to trace the problem, anyone have suggestions?
