Nice - in my case it was cause i made some deletion directly in private area from HN , and vz didnt updated quota info. I suspected that somehow vz keeps old info. After i dropped quota - all went ok.

Bad thing that wiki docs are clamzy. Totally unclear in what category to seek this article http://wiki.openvz.org/OpenVZ_disk_quota%2C_df_and_stat_weir d_behaviour. I tried every of Main Categories,even Entry Points pages - nothing.

Was able to find it only here http://wiki.openvz.org/Special:Allpages and in Recent pages - which is uncomfortable.
