I have follow the wiki debian howto,
Kernel is 2.6.9-023stab032.1-ovz-i386 #1,
but there is not /etc/init.d/vz installed

And I get following error when try to create VE

vzctl create 101 --ostemplate fedora-core-4-minimal
Unable to open /dev/vzctl: No such file or directory
Please check that vzdev kernel module is loaded and you have sufficient permissions to access the file.

I guess is because vz is not started,
so the question is, is this a debian package bug?
and how do I fix it.

Best Regards
