Hello,

We restarted our machine today (nothing changed) and came across a kernel panic, please see attached screenshot.

This is a test machine and we have been banging our heads to what could be the problem.

oh also I have tried rebooting to other kernels with the same result and the openvz kernel did work before.

Any ideas?

The problem is in /sbin/init (init process) file on HW. Seems that somebody remove it or something like that.
