Гм, не вышло в Users запостить, спрашивает какой-то ещё posting password (форумный не подходит).

Hi,
did anyone stumble upon such a situation: when we ssh into HN (because there are several VEs and only one portforward -- rather due to me being lazy), sudo vzctl enter NNN, su - user, run or reattach screen(1) and then resize xterm window on the originating system, the processes within that screen don't know about it (that is, nobody told'em SIGWINCH).
I'm not much into terminal communications, so can only wonder where and what gets cut out. Anyone cares?

Вы можете заметить, что та же ситуация происходит даже в том случае, если просто с HN, будучи root'ом, сделать vzctl enter <veid>. Дело в том, что при переходе в VE процесс, теряет связь с VE0 полностью: в том числе все обработчики сигналов сбрасываются. Совсем другая ситуация если вы входите по ssh непосредственно в VE: процесс изначально находится ("рождается") в VE и никаких sighandler'ов не теряет.

Гм, примерно так и догадался, но в полусонном виде (погода скачет :) обнаружить очевидное не смог. Стоя именно на заглавной :-)

Ну опять же что не бага, а фича, догадывался, просто было интересно -- какие варианты помимо очевидного есть :-)
