I dont think i made the first post very clear as i have had people come up to me needed a lil help.
This is not a standard copy of zpanel you will be downloading. This version coded By Hdm Online and Shell Vps controls the vps's.
The panel can:
Start / Stop Vps
change root pass
Manage Ip's
Create / Destroy Vps
Manage vps.
This panel is for your customers to be able to control there vps and for you to be able to control all vps's / create / destroy vps. Im not linking you to ZPanel hosting interface 
Think of this as more of virtuozzos control panel where your controlling the vps NOT Plesk where where your controlling the hosting for that vps.
