I want to ensure that multipath support is enabled for multiple fiber channel adapters connected to our SAN.

Has this support been built into the kernel ovzkernel-smp-2.6.16-026test015.2?

Or, do I need to rebuild the kernel from source to include this?

You can always check by looking up the kernel configuration files @ http://openvz.org/download/kernel/

Nevertheless, following options are enabled in the latest stable
and test series:
CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH=y
CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_EMC=y

works great as far as I remember.
