I updated the page as follows, to reflect priority.  If there are
objections, please go ahead and revert...

	1. any with ? show up on top
	2. any with modular=Y and caches_pid=Y are next
	3. any with caches_pid=Y are next
	4. any with modular=Y are next
	5. the rest follow
	6. those which are completed are at bottom

Will start filling in remaining question marks tomorrow...

thanks, I think we should add this url in the intro of any kthread patch we
send.

should we do the same with the 'pid_t' to 'struct pid*' conversion table ?
