Hi Chris, I see you have posted a few times on the forum. Here is some advice on how to get help and also benefit the community...

Always provide a method for everyone to duplicate the problem on their end. If this isn't possible, possibly because your system is highly modified or it is a rare problem, you need to give us a lot of information. If we can duplicate the problem on our servers, I can guarantee you that someone will find a solution within a day or two. If you leave everyone guessing about what you are even asking, naturally, you will receive no useful posts from the community.
