Hello i was having problems when installing cpanel

I made a fresh vps what do i need installed to setup cpanel without a hinge?

I know yum but what else?

Can you specify "problems when installing cpanel" in details, please. =)
You can also search in the forum - here was a big amount of posts concerning Cpanel.
