If you think you found a bug in OpenVZ, the best place to report it is bugs.openvz.org. Forum does not have any means to track bug status, so it is easier to ignore/forget the bug. Bugs reported to bugzilla will never be forgot, discarded or otherwise ignored - so it is in your interest to use Bugzilla.
If you are not sure if this is a bug report or just your misconfiguration - file a bug report first, then ask for support here citing all the details and giving the link to bugzilla bug.

How is this supposed to work, now? Since the transition of bugs.openvz.org to direct Atlassian hosted bug tracker nobody can create an account that has access to create issues, so no bugs can be reported via the very mechanism this form says to do it.
