Freezing error when starting the OpenVZ 9 installer [message #53843]

Hello everyone,
I am trying to install openvz 9 through a USB flash drive. But I'm having problems starting the installer.

I already tried to do the same procedure on several computers and virtual machines, but I get the same result.
I downloaded both openvz-iso-9.0.0.iso and openvz-iso-9.0.0-264. I did SHA256 verification of the files and used the Rufus program to create the bootable USB disk.
On Rufus I created the bootable disk with both the MBR and GPT partition schemes. I also tried with more than one USB pendrive

The last three lines describe the following:

SYSTEMD: Assertion 't > 0'failed at src/basic/limits-util.c:182, function system_tasks_max_scale(). abortion
SYSTEMD: Caught <ABRT>, core dump failed (child 236, code=killed, status=6/ABRT).
SYSTEMD: Freezing execution.
