Hello

i want install bugzilla on a VE, but the installation process
stops with followig output:

Fixing permissions for www-data...
<h1>Software error:</h1>
<pre>Can't fix owner of files under /var/lib/bugzilla : Cannot allocate memory at /usr/share/bugzilla/lib/checksetup.pl line 160.
</pre>
<p>

What can i do, to finish the installation successfully?

Please check /proc/user_beancounters in VE0 for your VPS.

I think you should increase some limits to solve your problem.

Please post here code from /usr/share/bugzilla/lib/checksetup.pl near line 160.
Please also post here strace of command (from file above) which fails.

you need to check whether failcnt column is _increasing_ when installation fails.
Also please note numproc limit hit.

Sry about my absence

the installation was successfully, by raising the privvmpages and numproc values.

But now i have another problem.

The installation builds oddly paths like

/var/lib/bugzilla/data/template/var/lib/bugzilla/template/en/default/admin

is it correct?

I cannot login as bugzilla administrator.

Browser displays:

The demanded site is not available.
(directory: cgi-bin/bugzilla/cgi-bin/bugzilla/index.cgi)

I do anything false (i thing).
