Hello.
How can i compact a ploop image when the image has 2 or more partitions?
Is it possible?
Example. Ploop image has two partitions.
# fdisk -l /dev/ploop43217
Disk /dev/ploop43217: 37.6 GB, 37580963840 bytes, 73400320 sectors
Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disk label type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x000958c2
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/ploop43217p1 * 2048 71300735 35649344 83 Linux
/dev/ploop43217p2 71300736 73397887 1048576 82 Linux swap / Solaris
When i try compact the image prl_disk_tool returns error:
# prl_disk_tool compact -i --hdd /vz/backups/vm101.2/root.hdd
/usr/sbin/ploop utility failed: /usr/sbin/ploop balloon discard --stat --automount /vz/backups/vm101.2/DiskDescriptor.xml [38]
