Hi,

I'm not sure if it is a bug or just some sort of configuration problem on my side. Everytime when starting a VM (not CT) on OpenVZ 7 with net0 set to type=routed it adds another default route to the main ipv6 routing table on the host. Like this: "default dev vme4241efa4 proto kernel metric 256".
The system uses this as new default route and all outgoing traffic is sent to the VM making the whole system unreachable at ipv6.

Any ideas? Confused

Disable ipv6.

In /etc/vz/vz.conf set
IPV6=no

You may also need to add 'noipv6' to grub.cfg kernel parameter line. Although, I didn't and my ipv6 is disabled.

Try adding default route with lower metric, e.g:
"ip r a default via GATEWAY_IPv6 metric 1"
So system will use default route with lower metric.
