Hello,

I have a vps host server with 2 xeon e5-1240 ht (totally 12 core). And i only have 1 vps host node in it, i did allocated 12 cpu for that vps host node (instead of 24 core as shown by htop).
But somehow my vps host node still running very slow, and if i look at htop in the vps host node, it only use 6 bars of cpu mostly instead of 12 core.
Here is my vps host node configuration :
CPU Unit 1000
CPU Cores 12
CPU % 1200

how to optimize my vps host node performance.?
Need help please

Thank you
