Hi,

the module should be autoloadable in Virtuozzo 7:

# modprobe dummy
modprobe: ERROR: ../libkmod/libkmod.c:507 kmod_lookup_alias_from_builtin_file() could not open builtin file '/lib/modules/2.6.32-openvz-042stab120.18-amd64/modules.buil tin.bin'

You just use old version 6, i've told about version 7.

The recommended way of installing OpenVZ 7 is to use baremetal installation https://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/releases/openvz-7.0.3- 479/x86_64/iso/

Or you can install commercial Virtuozzo 7: https://virtuozzo.com/products/virtuozzo-containers/ (press "Try Virtuozzo now", you'll get the link to iso image immediately on your email).
If you disable vzlicmon service in that installation, you'll get exactly OpenVZ 7.
