Im trying to add ELRepo

[ahmed@amayem ~]$ rpm -Uvh ht tp://www .elrepo.org/elrepo-release-6-6.el6.elrepo.noarch.rpm
Retrieving http : //www . elrepo.org/elrepo-release-6-6.el6.elrepo.noarch.rpm
warning: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.HUAjdl: Header V4 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID baadae52: NOKEY
error: Failed dependencies:
	kernel = 2.6.32 is needed by elrepo-release-6-6.el6.elrepo.noarch

(I had to modify the links because of the 10 message restriction)

However this is my kernel:

[ahmed@amayem ~]$ uname -r
2.6.32-042stab078.28

That is a RHEL6 OpenVZ kernel. Is it not ABI compatible, or is this an ELRepo issue, that they just don't like the version string?
